Greek Pasta Salad

An easy side dish perfect for summer entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz short pasta (we used bow ties)
  • 3/4 English cucumber, diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup pitted, black olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed in small pieces or crumbled
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup bottled Greek salad dressing (vinaigrette style)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. Rinse under cold water.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
